Refund Policy

1.1 Eligible Scenarios for Refunds
Refunds for Quality Issues: Within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, if you find quality issues such as fabric damage, loose stitching, size deviation ≥5% from the size chart, or uneven dyeing, you may apply for a full refund (including shipping fees). You need to provide clear photos/videos of the product issue and the order number. The refund will be processed within 48 hours after verification by our factory quality inspection department.
Refunds for Wrong/Missing Items: If the style, color, or size of the received product does not match the order information, or if there is a missing item, please contact customer service within 3 calendar days of receipt and provide the package waybill and product photos. After verification, you can choose "full refund" or "reissue + 10% order amount compensation". The shipping fee for reissue will be borne by the Platform.
Refunds for Bulk Purchases: For orders with a single purchase of ≥50 items by small business owners or institutional clients, sampling inspection is supported within 10 calendar days of receipt. If the defective rate is ≥3%, you can apply for a partial refund based on the defective rate, or negotiate for a replacement (the shipping fee for replacement will be borne by the Platform).


1.2 Ineligible Scenarios for Refunds
Personal subjective reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., "dislike the style", "wrong size chosen", "color not as expected", etc.): Only exchanges are supported, not refunds (the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping fees for exchanges);
Products that have been washed, worn, cut, or had labels damaged, affecting secondary sales;
Applications not submitted within the specified appeal period (7 days for individual customers / 10 days for bulk customers);
Customized products (e.g., printed or embroidered items) without quality issues.


1.3 Refund Process and Arrival Time
Contact Customer Service: Submit a refund application through the Platform's "Contact Us" page or email (service@yourdomain.com), indicating the order number, problem description, and supporting documents;
Review and Verification: The factory quality inspection team will complete the review within 1-2 business days. A refund confirmation email will be sent once approved;
Funds Arrival: The refund will be returned to the original payment account. Credit card payments usually take 3-7 business days to arrive, while PayPal payments take 1-3 business days.

Shipping Policy

2.1 Shipping Timeframe
In-Stock Orders: All products marked "In Stock" will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement (business days: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). A shipping tracking number and inquiry link will be sent via email after shipment;
Bulk Orders: For orders with a single purchase of ≥100 items, the production cycle (usually 3-7 business days) needs to be confirmed with customer service. The order will be shipped within 24 hours after production is completed;
Holiday Adjustments: During major European and American holidays (e.g., Christmas: December 20-January 5, Thanksgiving: November 24-November 30) and the Chinese Spring Festival (January 20-February 10), the shipping timeframe will be extended to 3-5 business days. Please refer to the Platform announcement for specific details.

2.3 Shipping Notes
Real-Time Shipping Updates: You can check the package tracking status through the order details page or shipping tracking link. If "Delivery Attempted" is displayed (unsuccessful delivery), contact the local logistics branch to arrange re-delivery;
Customs Duties: Import duties may be incurred in regions such as the EU and the United States. Such fees shall be borne by the recipient (bulk clients can negotiate for the Platform to bear the fees, which need to be confirmed with customer service in advance);
Address Changes: You can contact customer service to modify the shipping address within 24 hours of order placement. If the order has been shipped after 24 hours, you need to contact the logistics provider to make changes on your own, and the resulting fees shall be borne by the customer.

Privacy Policy

3.1 Types of Information Collected
Order Essential Information: Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment information (processed only by third-party payment institutions; the Platform does not store complete payment passwords);
Account Information: Username and password (encrypted storage) provided during registration, and subsequently updated personal information;
Usage Data: Browsing history, product click data, order history, etc., used to optimize product recommendations and website experience;
Bulk Client Information: For institutional clients, business name, unified social credit code, contact information, etc., used for order coordination and invoice issuance.


3.2 Purposes of Information Use
Order Fulfillment: Including shipping, logistics tracking, after-sales coordination, etc.;
Customer Service: Responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and refund applications;
Compliance Requirements: Complying with European and American data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and regulatory requirements for taxation and logistics;
Service Optimization: Analyzing user preferences based on anonymized data to improve product design and website functions (without disclosing personal identity information).


3.3 Information Protection and Sharing
Data Security: User information is stored using SSL encryption technology, accessible only to authorized personnel, with regular security audits;
Third-Party Sharing: Information is shared only to fulfill orders (e.g., logistics providers obtaining shipping addresses, payment institutions processing payments) or meet compliance requirements (e.g., providing information to regulatory authorities). Third parties must comply with data protection obligations;
Information Deletion: Users can contact customer service to apply for account and personal information deletion. The deletion will be completed within 7 business days after verification (order data that needs to be retained will be anonymized).

Return & Exchange Policy

4.1 Eligible Scenarios and Requirements for Exchanges
Size/Color Exchanges: For individual customers, within 7 days of receiving the product, if the product is unwashed, unworn, and with intact labels, you can apply to exchange it for the same style in a different size/color (the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping fees);
Exchanges for Quality Issues: For verified quality issues, free exchanges are supported (the Platform bears the round-trip shipping fees). Customers need to return the defective product within 3 days of receiving the exchange notification;
Bulk Exchanges: For institutional clients with a single purchase of ≥50 items, defective products can be returned in bulk for exchange. The exchange cycle is 3-5 business days after receiving the returned products.


4.2 Return & Exchange Process
Application: Submit a return/exchange application through the "My Orders" page, select the reason and upload supporting documents;
Review: Customer service will review the application within 1-2 business days. After approval, the return/exchange address and return number (to be written on the package) will be sent;
Return Shipment: Ship the product to the designated address, package it properly (original packaging is recommended), and keep the shipping tracking number;
Processing: The Platform will conduct quality inspection within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product. After passing the inspection, a refund will be arranged or the exchanged product will be shipped (a new shipping tracking number will be sent for exchanges).


4.3 Special Notes
Returned products must be shipped within 7 days after the application is approved; otherwise, the application will automatically become invalid;
Exchanges are only supported for the same style, not for cross-style exchanges;
If the returned product fails the quality inspection (e.g., damaged, missing labels), it will be returned to the original address, and no return/exchange will be processed.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
