Return Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund provided the following:
- 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The returned item(s) have not been washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached.
- Item(s) are not Final Sale.
Returns for a full refund will incur a $7 return shipping label fee which will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.

How to submit a return request?
To start a return, first, click the profile icon in our store's navigation. Then, follow these steps to request a return:
Step 1: Log in to Your Account:
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
- Open the email from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
Step 2: Select Your Order: Click on the order you wish to return.
Step 3: Choose Items to Return: If your order has multiple items, select the ones you want to return.
Step 4: Select a Return Reason: Choose a reason for the return and add any additional notes for the store.
Step 5: Request the Return: Click on 'Request return'.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, you will be issued a refund.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase.
This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund.
